Let’s be honest: when life gets difficult, stressful, and dis-heartening, we often get frustrated, overwhelmed, grumpy, and feel like giving up. If you have ever walked through a difficult time in your life and wondered, “God, what is going on??” then this Sunday’s worship and message is for you! We will be exploring together, how obedience to God, provides a life filled with blessings—even in the difficult, stressful, and disheartening times.
If you would like to check out the bible passage we will be discussing, you can CLICK HERE, or read on your own, Acts chapter 16, verses 16 through 34. I hope you will find, through your reading and the message on Sunday, that Silas and Paul’s obedience to God, while wrongfully imprisoned, brought incredible God-given blessings!
I look forward to seeing you this Sunday April 29th, at East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church for worship at 8:30am (traditional style) or 10:45am (contemporary style). I know you will be encouraged and find renewed strength to face your busy week!
